Time limit for short-term parking is enforced by checking the license plate using the mobile License Plate Recognition (LPR).

All university visitors can pay for their parking sessions using any of our metered parking options or by acquiring a day paper pass at the Parking & Transportation office located at the McKnight building. The available options for visitors are: Coin meters, Pay Stations, Pay-by-Phone, and Online Day Passes.

They are located at: Richter Library, Wellness Center, Pavia and the Merrick Garage. For more information on the Luke II machines, please check the Multi-Space Pay Station Flyer.
  • Pay-by-Phone. A parking session can also be paid via the paybyphone App (can be downloaded from either Apple store or Google play), via toll free number 1-877-885-8899 or via the web www.paybyphone.com. This payment method provides all university customers with a more seamless payment process.
